MILWAUKEE (WITI) – Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened shortly before midnight near Lloyd and N. 36th Street.
A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was conveyed to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The victim has a lengthy arrest record, including for possession with intent to deliver cocaine and marijuana, resisting, carrying a concealed weapon, bail jumping, and possession of a firearm in a school.
The circumstances that led to the shooting remain under investigation and there are no suspects in custody.
