MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide that occurred near 9th and Ring at 2:45pm on Saturday, January 31st.
Police say 29-year-old Richard Spears from Milwaukee was shot while operating a vehicle. Despite life-saving measures on scene, the victim died from his injuries.
