MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating two violent incidents that happened late Saturday, July 30th.
The first was a shooting that happened around 10:15 p.m. near 103rd and Silver Spring. Police say the victim was driving west on Silver Spring when he became involved in a road rage incident with another motorist. At some point, a subject in the other vehicle fired gunshots at the victim. The 29-year-old male victim received a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital by EMS personnel.
Around 10:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to what was believed to be a non-fatal shooting near Port Washington and Vienna Avenues. Police determined that an adult female received an injury that was not caused by a gunshot. This incident is being investigated as a battery and not a shooting.
