MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that occurred late Sunday night, August 16th on Milwaukee’s northwest side.
It happened in an alley around 10:40 p.m. near N. 107th Street and W. Mill Road.

According to police, a 12-year-old boy and a 47-year-old woman were struck by gunfire during a dispute — which neither victim was involved in. Police say the victims were not the intended targets of the shooter.
The woman suffered a graze wound and refused medical treatment. The boy is being treated for a non-life threatening injury at an area hospital.
There are no suspects in custody at this time.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
